Orders and shipping

If your order was placed one working day before 17H00We guarantee that your order will be dispatched before 6 p.m. For subsequent orders, we will dispatch your order on the next working day. DDelivery time: generally 2 to 3 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery in Express is also possible, the Swiss-Express "Lune from the Post Office, at an additional cost. The parcel is delivered the day after dispatch, before 9 a.m. at the address shown, from Tuesday to Saturday.

Yes, of course. Orders delivered outside Switzerland must be worth more than CHF 150.00The cost of postage outside Switzerland is approximately CHF 30.00 where more for EU countries. Any customs duties or costs associated with importing the goods into the customer's country of residence are at the customer's expense and will be invoiced in addition by the authority in question. The Customer must ensure that the address given is sufficient for the Post Office to deliver the goods without incident. If a parcel is returned by the Post Office due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the customer will be invoiced for the cost of the return and reshipment.

If you need to exchange an item

Feedback and discussion guarantees its products against hidden defects. In the event that the customer finds a product to be defective, he or she has the right to 14 days from the date of delivery to make the return. To benefit from this guarantee, a request for return in advance is mandatory, e.g. an e-mail explaining the defect by photo or video before returning the goods. If you wish to returnan article from lingeriethe part nmust not have been worn. If your product has a fault or is not working properly, simply contact us by telephone 0274801638 or by e-mail to to find out how to proceed. For any exchange of a defective product we will pay for the return of your item for a new replacement (subject to availability). Other cases, you will be offered a credit note or a replacement item.
