CONTRACTUAL TERMS
The general terms and conditions of sale set out below constitute a legal contract between the customer of the online shop and Meaculpa.chwhich manages all the services offered. When the customer validates his/her order, he/she implicitly declares that he/she has read and accepted the conditions of sale.
The online shop Meaculpa.ch contains product information. Technical information and links are for information purposes only. It is also possible that the colours of the products differ from the actual products, due to colour adjustments made. In such cases, Meaculpa.chcan under no circumstances be held responsible.
PRICE
The customer expresses his/her wish to purchase the products selected and undertakes to pay the sale price in force at the time the order is entered. An order confirmation e-mail from the online shop indicating that the order has been processed thus forms a sales contract between the customer and Meaculpa.ch.
Meaculpa.chreserves the right to change its prices at any time and without prior notice. Orders placed before the price change will not be affected. The prices stated on the order confirmation are binding. All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs. Products delivered remain the property of Meaculpa.chuntil the relevant invoice has been paid in full.
LOYALTY POINTS
Collect points and earn credits!
Are you a new customer? For a first visit/order on Meaculpa.chRegister, create your customer account. We will give you 25 welcome points.
Your customer account will enable you to manage your orders and benefit from your credits from your second order, minimum purchase of 100,- (invoice/final amount). Your points can be used 365 days after registration. You earn one point for each CHF spent. Each point is worth CHF 0.05. For example: Value of 100 points = CHF 5.
Loyalty points cannot be combined with other promotional codes.
SWISS DELIVERY
For all orders of CHF 35.00 or less, a surcharge of CHF 7.00 will be applied for economy shipping without a signature, or CHF 8.50 for economy shipping with a signature (small order surcharge). If the no signature option is chosen, if the recipient is absent, the parcel will be left at the door or in the letterbox, without insurance against theft or loss by Meaculpa.ch.
Meaculpa.ch undertakes to dispatch your order as soon as possible upon receipt. Any delays do not entitle the buyer to cancel the purchase, refuse the goods or claim damages.
Meaculpa.ch is released from its delivery obligation in the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. If the goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please inform the delivery person immediately and contact us as soon as possible at info@meaculpa.ch
Delivery is free for all orders delivered in Switzerland.
We will track your parcel to ensure that all shipments are traceable.
DELIVERIES AND DELIVERY CHARGES
Postage is free for all orders delivered in Switzerland by economy post over CHF 30. Customers automatically receive a tracking number to trace their order as soon as it is dispatched. Meaculpa.ch cannot be held responsible for the loss or theft of an unregistered item.
Priority deliveries (Switzerland only) : A supplement of CHF 9.00 is applied for items sent without a signature, and of CHF 10.50 for those with a signature. If the option without signature is chosen, if the recipient is absent, the parcel will be left at the door or in the letterbox, without insurance against theft or loss by Meaculpa.ch. Parcels are delivered from Monday to Friday (see conditions on the Post Office website). This option is not available for very heavy products (exceeding 30 kg).
Express deliveries (Switzerland only) : A supplement of CHF 17.00 is applied for items sent without a signature, and of CHF 19.00 for those with a signature. If the option without signature is chosen, if the recipient is absent, the parcel will be left at the door or in the letterbox, without insurance against theft or loss by Meaculpa.ch. We use the Swiss-Express "Lune Swiss Post, with delivery the day after dispatch, before 9am, Monday to Saturday (see conditions on the Swiss Post website). This option is not available for very heavy products (exceeding 30 kg).
We favour the use of recycled paper for our packaging, as part of an environmentally-friendly approach.
Your parcels are sent in plain cardboard boxes, without mentioning the sender. Your details will be treated as confidential and will never be passed on to third parties.
DELIVERY TIMES
Products in stock and ordered between Monday and Friday before 4.30pm will be dispatched the same day by post, unless the delivery service is exceptionally late.
Orders placed after this deadline will be processed on Monday morning. Please allow for public holidays in each canton.
DELIVERY ABROAD
The cost of postage outside Switzerland is CHF 35.00 for European Union countries. There is no minimum amount for these orders.
The cost of postage and packaging is as follows CHF 70.00 for countries outside the European Union. There is no minimum amount for these orders.
Any customs duties or costs associated with importing the goods into the customer's country of residence are at the customer's expense and will be invoiced in addition by the authority in question.
The sender reserves the right to use any other means of delivery, subject to the stipulated deadlines and costs. The right of withdrawal does not apply abroad (outside Switzerland).
Meaculpa.ch accepts no responsibility for the legality of products sold in the customer's country of delivery, as the customer certifies that he/she has checked the customs instructions of his/her country beforehand.
VAT, customs duties, customs formalities and all costs associated with delivery are at the customer's expense. If the customs authorities in the customer's country of delivery require specific documents for import, these must be requested before the parcel is sent. Under no circumstances will Meaculpa.ch cannot be held responsible if an import cannot be carried out for lack of the necessary documents.
The customer must ensure that the items ordered are authorised in the country of delivery; if an import is refused by the customs authorities in the customer's country of delivery, the customer assumes full responsibility, as well as the costs associated with this refusal.
If a parcel is returned by the Post Office due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the customer will be invoiced for the cost of the return and reshipment.
Packages sent outside Switzerland are invoiced exclusive of VAT.
IN-STORE COLLECTION
You can also collect your order from our shop. Girls & Boys, Avenue de la Gare 10, 3963 Crans-Montana, Valaisduring opening hours (see our website https://meaculpa.ch). Place your order by simply choosing the delivery method "Collect from Crans Montana Shop". You can then pay either in cash or by credit card.
GUARANTEE AND RETURNS
Meaculpa.chguarantees its products against hidden defects. In the event that the customer finds a product to be defective, he or she has the following options 14 days from the date of delivery to return the goods. To benefit from this guarantee, the customer must send an e-mail explaining the defect by photo or video before returning the goods. After an initial check of the product and acceptance of the defect, it will in all cases be replaced by a new and identical product, unless the product in question is no longer available, in which case a credit note or replacement item will be offered to the customer. The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
Meaculpa.ch returns a new product free of charge to the address indicated.
UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS
Meaculpa.chUnder no circumstances does the company refund returned products, but only offers to exchange them or to open a credit account in the customer's name, corresponding to the amount of the returned products. The risks associated with the return of a product, such as deterioration or loss, are borne by the customer.
Only products that have been returned undamaged, unopened and in their original packaging with control labels intact etc. will be exchanged or taken back. For any return of goods or cancellation of an order, an administrative charge will be applied to cover the logistical costs. These costs amount to 20% of the sale price of the product(s) taken back. Shipping costs (from e-commerce to the customer) and return costs are at the customer's expense, as are bank charges.
The cost of returning or refusing cash on delivery purchases shall be borne by the customer. An invoice will be sent to the customer, including processing costs. These costs amount to 20% of the price of the product, with a minimum of CHF 20.00. The invoice is payable within 30 days. Meaculpa.ch. reserves the right to add a fine of CHF 100.00 and to call in a collection company to reimburse its costs.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
The online shop Meaculpa.chuses a highly secure payment platform, guaranteeing total confidentiality of its customers' bank details. Credit card payments are made via the banking organisation that manages the debit authorisations.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Twint, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfers (soon to be paid with PostFinance).
Pay your order in advance by bank transfer to our account. The account number is shown below. The goods will be delivered on receipt of payment.

Shipping parcels are neutral and confidential, as well as securely closed, out of respect for customers. Discretion is our absolute priority.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Meaculpa.ch, owned by Girls & Boys and Co SAUnder no circumstances can the company be held responsible for any loss or damage, or any physical, material or financial damage suffered by the customer. The same applies to malfunction or misuse of the products ordered.
DISPUTES AND GENERAL PROVISIONS
Meaculpa.ch, owned by Girls & Boys and Co SAreserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. This contract is subject to Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, Meaculpa.ch, owned by Girls & Boys and Co SAreserves the right to choose the court to be seized. The place of jurisdiction is SION, Valais, Switzerland.
